ERP specialisation

The AI-Extractor is compatible with all ERP systems, but there are special advantages for SAP: for example, API-based real-time posting of order data is part of the service's standard repertoire, as is API-based master data synchronisation and data enrichment (e.g. addition of posting-relevant organisation data and customer numbers). The original document is also forwarded to SAP and can be visualised there for you.

Data protection

We rely on encapsulated AI models and customised training so that your data is optimally protected. In contrast to competitor approaches, we also ensure that your data is not stored outside your SAP as redundant exports. All process data is stored at certified hyperscalers and is subject to access restrictions from outside the EU.

Transparent pricing

With our pricing model, you pay for what you actually use. Only the processed document is charged - without any hidden costs. This means that the costs can be flexibly and optimally adapted to consumption.

Order entry & Co.

With our predefined component for purchase orders, our service is quickly available for use in your day-to-day business. The AI-Extractor can of course also process other document types such as order confirmations and invoices from suppliers.
