Our Practice Camp
We want you to get the best possible start to your job with us. That's why we have developed the CONCETO Practice Camp, where we introduce you to your tasks step by step with practical exercises.
Depending on your level of experience and the number of hours you work, your mentor will support you for between 2 and 5 weeks. You will then be ready to work productively on projects. Of course, the learning curve doesn't stop after that, which is why your mentor and your team will continue to support you.

From the classroom to practice without detours
For many students, studying at a state university is the logical next step after leaving school. Unfortunately, it is often only during their studies that they realise that there is little practical relevance and that theory alone can be very dry.
A good alternative is therefore the dual study programme, where the semesters are divided into a practical part at the employer and a theoretical part at the university. We work together with the renowned FHDW and thus offer a strong entry into the IT sector in the Cologne-Bonn area. We will pay all the fees and provide you with additional remuneration.
As an alternative to studying, you can of course also gain plenty of practical experience in an apprenticeship with us, which will make you fit for professional life. After completing an apprenticeship, you can also study for a Bachelor's degree while working.

As a Junior Consultant for Cloud Solutions in the SAP environment, that's exactly what we can offer you! Your studies don't necessarily have to focus on IT - we will also train you if you come from an economics degree programme. In our powerful Scrum team, we work together to develop advanced solutions in the front and back end.
