Our service models at a glance
CONCETO provides the infrastructure for the SEEBURGER BIS application (server including operating system + database). Maintenance and update management is provided for the operating system and databases. The support refers to the platform.
It is based on the PaaS model and extends this to include the setup and support of the BIS application base. In addition to the basic configuration, BIS update management is also part of the model.
BIS Basis support can be supplemented with support for system errors that the customer cannot analyse and rectify independently. Experienced CONCETO consultants are available to assist with troubleshooting in such cases.
The most comprehensive package is the Full Service. Building on the SaaS model, support for SEEBURGER BIS is extended to include the integration processes.

Our concrete offer: The support package
We know from experience that every company has different priorities and therefore hardly uses some services, while others are highly frequented. That is why we do not offer a single, excessive service package or a jungle of tariffs. The solution is a basic version with all the basic functions, supplemented by additional services. This means that everyone receives their own individual SEEBURGER system support at a fair price.
Active monitoring
Support is ensured by optimised technical monitoring of the systems (e.g. BIS alerting). In addition, visual inspections are carried out during support times as part of routine error analyses.
Dedicated Team
Our support is provided by a fixed group of experts who are customised to your requirements. This always includes specialised personnel with a broad range of basic technical knowledge, so that the team can react quickly to any situation.
Optimum accessibility
Processing takes place via a professional support ticket system as standard. For urgent matters, however, you can contact the team by telephone at any time. Remote appointments can be arranged for even more extensive clarification requirements.
Service times
Support is provided during normal business hours. The core hours are Mon - Fri between 9:00 and 18:00, but can be changed flexibly. National public holidays and those in NRW are excluded.
Advice update
To ensure basic technical operation, SEEBURGER AG's changelogs are regularly reviewed and evaluated. Critical and recommended patches are scheduled and implemented promptly in consultation with you so that your system works in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications.
Get to know us
We conduct a support trial phase within the first three months. During this non-binding familiarisation phase, there will be a monthly exchange between the two parties on the organisation of operations. This should enable your team to adapt ideally to the new working mode.
Customisation options
